1. All services take place via telephone, online or in person and are strictly private, confidential and discreet.
   For your additional peace of mind, a complimentary NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) signing service is available should you require it.
    

2. To book a session you must be at least 18 years old.
    

3. All sessions must be prepaid by a bank transfer and payment must be made in British Pound Sterling (GBP) only.
    

4. A 24h cancellation/re-booking notice is required in order to avoid a full session charge.
    

5. In the unlikely event that I would be unable to conduct a session due to for example an illness, you will receive a minimum 24h notice from me and will be either offered a full refund or a re-booking option. Should you choose the re-booking option, a complimentary 30 minutes extra session time will be added to your existing paid for session.
    

6. All sessions and coaching/reading materials are in English.
    

7. Session results vary from client to client and can not be guaranteed.
    

8. Zen Men Coaching, Consultancy & Club is a culturally sensitive practice and welcomes all clients wishing to improve their lives – regardless of their age (18+), background, religious beliefs, nationality, ethnic origin, sexual orientation or disability.
    

9. I reserve the right to cancel your session within the first 10 minutes without a refund should you be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any medication that may influence or significantly affect your thinking and/or your behavioural process.
    

10. Zen Men Coaching, Consultancy & Club operates a zero tolerance policy for abusive and unreasonable behaviour, which may result in you being permanently removed from my coaching list and reported to the Police.
